Wellbeing Support Worker (Maternity Cover)

We are excited to be recruiting a new team member to cover one of our Wellbeing Support Workers who will be on maternity leave from December 2024 to December 2025. This role will involve coordinating and providing 1-to-1 emotional and practical support to people in the community.
