Mindful Relaxation is an hour long session where you will be guided through some meditative techniques and relaxing activities. It is a chance to sit in a quiet space, pause and enjoy mindfulness.
Key information
- Mindful Relaxation sessions take place 3.15-4.45 on Wednesdays
- There’s no need to book, you can simply drop in. However, if it’s your first time attending an activity at Likewise, please complete a sign up form, by clicking ‘Sign up for a Likewise activity’ below or, pop by the hub and we can fill it out together.
