Mindful Relaxation is an hour long session where you will be guided through some meditative techniques and relaxing activities. It is a chance to sit in a quiet space, pause and enjoy mindfulness.
Key information
- Mindful Relaxation sessions take place 3.30-4.30 on Wednesdays
- There’s no need to book, you can simply drop in. If you haven’t come along to the Likewise Hub before, we’ll just ask you for a few details when you get here.
