“Easing Back In” is a no-cost, therapeutic group exploring life after lockdown.
In this supportive space, we’ll use creative techniques to gently explore how we’re feeling about things opening up, and support each other to get used to being together, in person. Led by trainee art therapists Annabel and Katie, the group will offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore hopes, worries and observations about the changes happening in the world at the moment. You don’t need to be an artist to join, just bring yourself and your imagination.
