Placement Opportunities

This is an opportunity for students needing to undertake a placement as part of their university studies, in a social care and mental health setting.

A placement will give you hands-on, front-line experience working with a diverse client group and the opportunity to give back to your community. The focus will be on your professional development and learning and so you’ll have a tailored support system and access to a range of formal training opportunities to help you make the most of your learning.

We offer three different placement formats – in selecting which option is best for you, you should look at the time requirements of your individual university and course.

Opportunity 1

Placements less than 70 days

(e.g. 50 days, 200 hours)

You’ll be with us for 6 months or more, for a minimum of 1 day per week (and up to as many days per week as needed to meet your university requirement across the length of your placement).
